• Our chefs are passionate home cooks who want to share their meals with the community. Many of them specialize in family recipes, cultural dishes, and healthy homemade food.

• Yes! Chefs are required to follow local food safety guidelines. Some may also have optional verification badges showing their compliance with health regulations, additional qualifications, etc.

• Absolutely! Many chefs offer customization options. Simply check their meal listings or message them to discuss your dietary needs.

• Mums Meal® Tokens are a blockchain-powered digital currency used within the platform to purchase meals, earn rewards, and access exclusive offers.

• Tipping is optional but appreciated! If you love your meal, you can send a tip directly through the app to support your chef.
• Tokens are a good way to tip your Chef’s

• If you encounter any issues, you can contact the chef directly through the app. For further support, our customer service team is available to assist you.

• Yes! If you love cooking and want to earn money sharing your meals, you can apply to become a Mums Meal® chef through the app. No professional kitchen required!

• After receiving your meal, you can rate and review the chef to help other users find great meals and ensure quality service.

• We are launching in Australia first, with plans to expand to the USA, UK, and Asia-Pacific in the future. If we receive enough interest from a new location, we will launch there sooner.

• Follow us on social media, subscribe to our newsletter, and enable notifications within the app to receive updates on new chefs, special offers, and featured meals.
